There are several, but Kingdom Come Deliverance comes to mind straight away. That's a game that even a PS4 Pro has drops below 25 fps. Not a chance PS3 could run that game.

The Switch is way more powerful than a PS3, Nintendo is holding back from letting the Mariko/OLED models in particular flex, it's pretty obvious the Switch OLED can do games at 60 fps (even high end ports of Witcher 3, Hogwarts Legacy, DOOM Eternal can run at 60 fps on the Switch) and even do higher resolution comfortably, but they are not allowing it. IMO this is because they got a massive boost from COVID and realized a Switch Pro would only make selling a Switch 2 harder so they axed that and simply repurposed that as Switch OLED. They are going to force people to buy a Switch 2 to get 60 fps/higher resolution games.

The OLED dock still allowing 4K output and the chipset having 4K/60 enabled are smoking guns that originally the OLED model was supposed to be something else.

We are  talking about the specked  hardware. The fact that switch is more powerful if overclocked is irrelevant cause that's not the hardware 99.9% of players have.

The majority of Switch owners do have the Mariko chipset, Nintendo discontinued the old model basically from August 2019 onwards, so the majority has better hardware, Nintendo is simply not allowing it even though we can see clear as day the Switch OLED was even designed with 4K output in mind. They got the boost they were hoping from a Pro model from COVID boosts and then some, figured they would keep the juicer stuff for Switch 2.

And before anyone asks, overclocks have been tested extensively by tons of people, the battery life on Mariko models is 3-4 hours even at max clocks and the temperature of the system remains very cool, not even close to the 80 celcius shut off point (in the 40s), the fan on the Switch at overclock doesn't even go above 49%.

The OG Switch can even overclock too, you just have lower battery life, but it's not like the thing melts and becomes unusable.

For those curious, here you can see things like DOOM Eternal at 60 fps and also the dynamic resolution kicking up in resolution in undocked mode as another option for a higher res. Witcher 3 and Hogwarts are also 60 fps on Switch, Kingdom Come Deliverance can run at a higher res and locked 30 fps even in rain sections, that may not seem crazy until you realize even PS4 Pro and XBox One X can't hold 30 fps in those sections (PS4 Pro is under 25 fps).

Witcher 3 also can run at 60 fps on the Switch undocked. PS3? Forget about it. This performance is available on the majority of Switch models and Nintendo clearly was tinkering with 4K output on Switch OLED ... I think they just opted not to offer this to the public because it make selling a Switch 2 harder and they're probably correct.
