Stuck at the Sand monster quest?
*Spoilers*
Here's what I did to kill it quite easily.
Don't bother killing the little ants, as new ones will come in to replace them if you kill them.
So, bring at least 1 char that can do Blind, most likely an Archer.
Blind those ants and just ignore them, they will miss you half the time.
Send in your hard hitters to front line, lined up like a cross with the healer in the back.

It's best if your fighters have counter for reaction skill.
Your healer will be healing every turn. By the end, you'll most likely have 2 dead chars that aren't in the healing area.
Oh, and don't worry about healing the boss, he's too low to be hit by your cure.
