It looks great, and honestly its a turn based rpg... does it really need 60fps? It feels fine to me atleast.

Need 60 fps?  No.  Would it be nice?  For sure.  Backgrounds get a bit blurry at 30 fps but it is slow enough not to be a huge deal.  

Overall the game is excellent.
