There are multiple.  UK being an example.  I have a UK driver's license and took the written test.  You are 100% wrong.  How many years have you lived in Europe?

One of the questions in the test is what to do when you get a flat.  You call someone, you are 100% not suppose to change your tire.  It is a government regulation.  I remember because I clicked "change your tire" and got it wrong on my test.

I've never lived in Europe. I have a few friends who do.

My best friend has lived in the UK their entire life, and they were confused when I told them about what you said.

Are you sure, the correct answer wasn't something like pull over to somewhere safe? You'd need to do that before changing your tire.

It is part of the highway code.  I'll bet you every penny I have.  I'm not wrong.  The answer it walk to the nearest phone and tell the operator where you car is located.

I'm calling BS with your friend story.
