The big advantage the S2 could have is the dock.  It could, in theory, but used increase power a good amount via active cooling.

No worries.  Your nephew and Nintendo fans will be pleased.  The S2 will be the deck + 10-20%, meaning a bit better.  The S2 is going to be a huge jump and very perceptible to gamers.
