Deck has 16 gb of ram, more than the S2, but the S2 will be more optimized, thus needs less. 

Memory bandwidth of the Deck is 88 gb/s and the S2 at most will be 122 gb/s, it could be less.  So overall very similar.  

But S2 should have a newer/better architecture.  Overall the Switch will be around the Deck and rog ally.  Both are good benchmarks on what to expect for the S2.

The big advantage the S2 could have is the dock.  It could, in theory, but used increase power a good amount via active cooling.
