There are comedians who seek to do all of that as a priority and have the laughters as an ocasional and mere consequence. But the thing of is that what is hate speech is highly subjective, especially when there is a bigger point to be made.  America, at least also has that pesky first amendment.  Sounds like you'd be considering doing away with that.  And it won't happen in my lifetime,sir. We will continue to have free speech and keep having that.
