I'd still go with Intel's "baseline" settings over ASUS' settings.
ASUS puts the PL2 at a whooping 4096W, or 4kW. While even the 14900k doesn't get close to consuming that much, it still consumes around 320W with this setting, and probably has some higher spikes than that, too. And it resulted in stability issues...
