Since all AMD CPUs are basically APUs now with the addition of a GPU to every CPU, I think this will mostly affect the CPUs rather than the APUs with a higher CU count. Another option could be the Athlon CPUs, which are generally 1-2 generations behind on COU tech anyway and don't need a very powerful GPU
