There is, there's a Minecraft 4K version in testing right now for Xbox Insiders FWIW.

4k is better than nothing I guess, but it blows my mind that they first canceled that Super Duper Graphics pack they were working on late last gen for Xbox One X, and then later tested Minecraft Series X raytracing via Xbox Insiders only to cancel it as well.
