There just flat out needs to be a law against development of an emulator for a system that's still actively being sold. 

You keep saying this so i would like you to show me the proof. Its like you think the 3ds didnt have flash carts that could be got for like €40 or how the Switch isnt so easy to hack,.Where is the PS5 and Series X emus???...

I don't need absolute proof. Five strong inductive arguments are enough to convince any rational mind. We went over most of them 7 years ago. There are a whole lot of new ones thanks to the Yuzu lawsuit though. 

One new such argument is that the Yuzu devs were pirating games themselves despite swearing up and down  that Yuzu wasn't for piracy. 

And yes, flash carts and system hacks were also used mainly for piracy.
