Not much I could find in that regard. There are some keyboards where the cable is off-axis, but none where it's really on the side.
There are however some where the cable plug is actually under the keyboard and generally gets routed behind it for connection. But with it's feet lifting the keyboard up a bit, it's entirely doable to route the cable under the keyboard to exit on the side with those.
