Should we consider Switch successor as 10th Gen?

"What is your favorite console out of the Switch 2, PS5, or XBox Series X/S" or "what is your favorite console out of Switch 2, PS6, or XBox whatever". 

We can ask either question perfectly fine already. Slightly wordier, but takes much less words than defining a generation and where Switch 2 falls, which has so far been going on for about 20 posts with no real consensus.
