That Tucker Carlson already mentions how they don't encourage us to agree with Putin already tells you what kind of interview this will be. If it would be an interview where Putin looks bad, he wouldn't have to mention that. He mentions that because the interview is all about "not everything Putin did the last years was great (Putin himself will say that a few things could have been better)...but Putin isn't that bad as you think and Russia has good reasons for what they do"
