On the Royal Rumble, I think having them on two different nights makes sense if it’s an issue. Personally, I thought both matches were great and had no issue with it. I also found the strongest moment f the night was the final four of the men’s match. And I’m someone who has generally preferred the women’s division since at least the Mae Young classic. I’m not sure how I’d feel about splitting them up as it seems like it would make Royal Rumble night feel compromised. I recall them having second royal rumble event some time, a 50 person one, and that seemed kind of silly - but perhaps it was because there wasn’t any stakes?

Making the Royal Rumble into a two night event like WM would have been great but they would need more matches added to the card.

The 50 man "Greatest Royal Rumble" was held in Saudi Arabia and the result was getting a Trophy (so kinda like the Andre memorial cup for the Andre battle royale at WM).
