I think The Rock as a guest referee would be fantastic - I’m thinking involvement like a reverse Austin-McMahon WM17 situation (with the McMahon role cast as a referee) where The Rock would do a heel turn type thing - and the crowd wouldn’t turn on The Rock either, it would be like Flair or Taker where no matter how horrible their heelish action, the crowd won’t stay angry for more than 15 seconds . Because of the new power dynamics in the company, there might be an interesting story there. It would also be great if they did some factional stuff again, like The Corporation/McMahon-Helmsley regime in the Attitude era.
