Not really...
- a lot of my gaming time has shifted to my Steam Decks
- i often play games my 3070 could handle fine in 1440p... the 4090 is much more efficient, so it doesn't need much more watts in 4K than the 3070 in 1440p
- since I have my new 4K-"monitor" I play more at my desk, less on the couch... power demand is half in desktop mode, both in SDR and in HDR:
