I don't really think the race is as much of a toss up as some of the polls imply.  People forget that Biden won by like 8 million votes.  Only 13 states in the US have populations a larger than that.

Dunno if that kind of exaggeration will help him, especially while it's up to the Supreme Court first. Weird to start with this angle. Yet Trump is the same.

President Joe Biden would lose each of the seven battleground states likely to decide the 2024 presidential election to former President Donald Trump if the contest were held today, according to a new poll that shows Biden is struggling to reach key demographics, including Black voters and young people.

Not that those demographics would automatically switch to Trump, yet not voting is still half as damaging as switching votes in a 2 party system.

Overall, 58% of voters in the seven swing states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin—have a negative view of Biden, compared to 53% who have a negative view of Trump, according to the Nov. 27-Dec. 6 poll of 4,935 registered voters (margin of error 1 point).


Are there any good candidates running this year?

If the Supreme Court rules appropriately and disqualifies him, what do you think will happen to whatever votes he has up to this point.  Will they all me assigned to second place finishers or would they be divided among all participants proportionately to what they won per race?  Imagine in the worst case scenario that the SC drags its ass only to throw him out in June after all of the primaries are done.  That would be a disaster because you would probably have people drooping out of the race early. They should be hearing the case now.
