Game of All Time

I've very much enjoyed this series of polls, even if the majority of my favourites didn't end up winning.

For this final poll, I am of course voting for FF7. I think the game is about as close to perfection as a game can get. Story, characters, gameplay, artstyle, and music all combine into one beloved masterpiece. Add the FF7's impact on the industry in its popularisation of RPGs in the West, cementing the dominance of PlayStation home consoles, and arguably being the world's first "AAA" game (and being that in a non-toxic way), and I think you have a clear GOAT.
