I personally think the Switch will reach 162.36M.
I discuss my reasoning on page 53 of this forum discussion.
I also think that if they release more Special Edition Switchs then the road to +160M will be secured easily.

Switch: 160 million (was 120 million, then 140 million, then 150 million)
PS5: 130 million (was 124 million)
