"Mario, Zelda, Pokémon Picross (from Jupiter Corporation)"

I hated that they, stupidly, omitted touch control for Picross on Switch when it first released but now that they've fixed that, I'm all for Picross-everything on the system.  And you can add Waverace to that list of games; Waverace 64 was amazing when it released.  Nintendo needs another one of those.

Yeah, I think 2024 is the year for Switch 2 (still sticking with September), with Switch still having a fair chance at 10m+ for one final fiscal.

Yes, I agree it was rather infuriating.
And I'm glad things are better. If Nintendo was able to make some free games for the Switch (with in-game purchases), and had daily-tasks or something (like Duolingo's day streak counter) then I think they would be a great source of quick entertainment. And would expand to a wider audience that could be interested in playing their more expensive $60-70 games.

Waverace was a blast, thank you for reminding me, Ill add it to the list of comebacks, they sit on so many hidden treasures it actually astounding that they don't just go crazy with IP's.

September as a release month does make sense, for it gives Nintendo time to figure things out, and also get real life advertising, the word of mouth and such hyped up for the holiday season.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 160 million (was 120 million, then 140 million, then 150 million)

PS5: 130 million (was 124 million)

Xbox Series X/S: 54 million (was 60 million, then 57 million)
