Of these, A Link Between Worlds. Bioshock Infinite was a massive case of overpromised and underdelivered. It looked cool enough, I guess.

My 2013 GOTY was Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. Yes, I know it released in Japan a few years prior, but it came out in the west in 2013 and was by far my favorite game of the year. I feel it was important because not only was it the first time Studio Ghibli worked on a video game after a 1980s adaptation of Nausicaa soured them on the medium, but it (along with Xenoblade a few months prior) also signaled the return of high-quality Japanese RPGs to consoles, after over half a decade of being confined largely to the DS and PSP. It helped get me interested in video gaming again after a few years where I was pretty bored with gaming. I also loved the art style and the music.
