I can imagine PS5's sales very likely to easily sit above 2 million units sold globally.

My guess is something between ~2.8 to 3.2m worldwide.

Sell through of 2 million globally for PS5 in November would be well below expectations, even 3.2 million would be slightly disappointing. Last years November was 2.4 million and it only shipped 7.1 million for Q3. With Sony aiming for 10 million or more units shipped for Q3 then 3.5 million for November would be needed.
