Is Russia closer to causing a massive War than North Korea or even the United States?

first the ukraine war has been going on for ten years. Now the conflict is just easier to see. They are winners and losers on both sides. Hopefully Ukraine is abel to regain some of it's territory and chooses to never join nato and russia gives up some nukes etc.
