Yeah, I dont really buy that much - usually make purchases from Best Buy like during July 4th or the holidays.
But ya, they have to be bleeding money especially since they downsized the service to not include installs (which I think that was changed a year ago or so).
I think at this point BB is just trying not to be the next Frys Electronics, Circuit City, Toys R Us, Sears, etc lol
