I finished it a couple of weeks ago too and I'd disagree, I found it an incredible game, one of Nintendo's best of the Switch generation, which I don't say lightly as I hold the likes of BOTW, TOTK, Mario Odyssey and Metroid Dread in very high regard.

Many good games will be built around one clever idea. Mario Wonder packs literally dozens of them. The ability to inspire the imagination is a rare and precious thing, and Wonder has it in spades.

Fair enough.  I enjoyed Wonder but for me it wasn't zelda, dread nor Odyssey.  I was very disappointed in the boss fights, except the final which was excellent.  I would have liked to see more creativity in the other boss fights.
