46. Plants vs Zombies
I'd always enjoyed tower defense games, as there's just something satisfying about prepping, building and then watching your foes taken down by your loyal minions. But a lot of them felt very plain in presentation despite the enjoyable gameplay loop. Plants vs Zombie injected tower defense with a ton of personality that immediately hooked me and still makes me come back and replay the campaign every 2 or 3 years.
