All three consoles are down YoY. For Switch that is expected, because it is old. Those are poor results for PS5 though. It's October and Spider-Man 2 clearly sold a crapload of software. This is the PS5's biggest exclusive game yet. However, it didn't move hardware. Last month the X|S had a similar story with Starfield.
This does not bode well for future hardware sales of PS5 or X|S.
curl-6 bet me that PS5 + X|S sales would reach 56m before year end 2023 and he was right.
