Honourable Mentions: Keep in mind I needed to remove them from the list to limit redundancy or because I haven't finished them yet. for example, half this list could be nothing but Pokemon, Smash Bros, Rock Band, and Ratchet & Clank games so I needed to pick and choose the more significant ones. I also haven't finished games like The Legend of ZeldA: Tears of the Kingdom, Final Fantasy VII Remake, or God of War Ragnarok, though I'm 100% certain they will be on the list once I do finish them.

In no particular order:

Portal - Already had Portal 2 on the list

Demon's Souls - Already have 5 other Souls games on the list and this is the weakest entry; plus I only finished it on the Ps5 Remastered edition.

Red Dead Redemption - Might find its way back on since the Ps4/Switch version just came out again and I'll be returning to it, but II is better.

Rock Band 1, 2, 3, Lego, AC/DC, and Green Day - Rock Band 4 includes pretty much all the songs from all prior games plus more.

Mega Man X4 - Just barely edged out. Definitely a contender.

Pokemon, Smash Bros, and Ratchet & Clank Games all would have had like 5 entries each but I had to trim it down to get the important ones.

Final Fantasy I, II, III, IV, and V - Again, this list is already incredibly Final Fantasy Heavy, I didn't need to add 5 more to the 7 already there.

Joe & Mac - Just edged out this year. Bad game but still one of my faves.

Minecraft - Again, just edged out. Love this game but I've more or less moved on.

Grand Theft Auto Vice City/San Andreas - Old classics, but not quite there anymore. Fond memories but not quite there.

Assassin's Creed II/Brotherhood/Revelations, III/Liberation - just edged out and didn't wanna fill in the list with a half dozen Assassin's Creed games.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder - I liked it more than NSMB U but I believe it came out after the cutoff date. Will absolutely be in next year's list

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Nowhere near complete so I can't add it to the list yet but absolutely earns its place alongside Breath of the wild

God of War Ragnarok - Still haven't beaten it and new DLC just came out, will definitely be adding it once I'm done.

Final Fantasy VII Remake - Oddly enough I still haven't beaten it, but I loved every second and it looks like Rebirth is going to be even better!

Ghost of Tsushima/Director's Cut - Honestly just barely missed. What a wonderful game this is.

Super Mario Odyssey - Again, just missed the cut

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Just missed the cut

Super Mario 3D World/Bowser's Fury - Just missed the cut

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - Just missed the Cut

Mega Man 9/11 - just missed the cut (That's 9 and 11, not a terrorism joke)

I think that'll do for now.
