I didn't say a specific game played better, I said it was recognized to be better for some genres (like arcade shmups). Most of the titles on both consoles were either totally exclusive or made independently when the same game/IP so you would never have a real side/by side comparison.

Not much in terms of advantages regarding hardware.  If the point is the genesis had some great games, especially focused in certain genres, I mean well yeah.
