It won't be Lulu, I've said it before and no offence to her or others in her position but they aren't putting what is essentially a PR person as Head of ABK...It'd be like promoting Aaron Greenberg to CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Lol. Again, no disrespect to those job positions but they simply don't have the experience, it isn't their field of expertise, etc.

I still think it shouldn't be anyone but if it will be someone, I think it's most likely that Ybarra is promoted (not without his own issues lately though). I like Sarah where she is and she's clearly shadowing Phil in everything he does and being groomed as the next CEO of Microsoft Gaming so if she's placed in ABK, whilst it would be interesting to see, she would probably be far too busy to follow Phil around anymore, Lol.

She isn't just a Communications and Corporate Affairs person though, if you look at her LinkedIn you see that she was a Financial Analyst for 3 years at JP Morgan as her first job out of Yale, and President of a small company for 5 years later on. She has finance and business acumen. I definitely think she is in the running, especially since she only joined after the abuse scandal at ABK was outed, the rest of the executive board, even Ybarra, was there before the abuse was discovered afaik. If they want to be seen as seriously trying to fix the work culture at ABK, picking somebody to head ABK who wasn't there during the abuse years is probably a good idea for Xbox.

But it's definitely possible that they break up ABK entirely instead of simply replacing Kotick with someone, instead putting Activision, Blizzard, and King each directly under Phil as separate publishers within Xbox, alongside Zenimax and Xbox Game Studios. If that happens they don't need an overall head for ABK, the heads of Activision, Blizzard, and King separately would presumably keep leading them, unless Xbox lets one or more of them go (not sure if any of the 3 current heads are known to have taken part in the abuse within the company).
