I normally dislike naming bests. However since your curious, I'd say Shea when she's using Falco and not holding back, or Riot when he's using Meta Knight. I can't comment on Wasu, I've never faced him.
I might be knowledgeable, but I don't consider myself very great in actual skill. I have no idea why people argue over me X.x
