Resident Evil 2 is also my favourite survival and horror game. But again, it happened to fall on the year of Xenogears.
Banjo Kazooie was probably my favourite 3D platformer pre-Super Mario Galaxy… but alas, Xenogears year :D
I wasn’t an MGS guy, but that game too!
1998 was stacked, truly a high point.
