Probably Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward.
Being the sequel to 999 (one of my favorite DS games), it was one of the main reasons I got a 3DS.
The game is basically a bit like the movie "Saw".
A survival room setting where one of the participants is said to be the mastermind behind it all who trapped everyone there. So you need to figure out who you can and cannot trust.
After that I would go with Fire Emblem: Awakening, and Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.
