I must have missed something I thought those rights only included the right to stream those games, not the right to distribute a license to the game in itself. This would normally only be of value to those offering BYOG streaming service

So it's either 1 of three things here:

1) The deal with Ubisoft actually includes more than simple streaming right?

2) Ubisoft is also offering BYOG streaming (feel I should know but don't for lack of interest in Ubisoft's offering lol)

3) Ubisoft has negotiated with MS for the right to distribute license to some ABK content (unrelated to the deal).

I am very interested on this front as well.  Because from what I believed and read, UBI only have the cloud streaming rights to ABK games but that did not include the right to just add ABK content to any service.  That would mean, UBI can charge MS for putting ABK games on GP which I highly doubt MS would give them that right or even sell it.  Also, I highly doubt MS would give UBI the right to put any of ABK games on any download streaming service as that would be insane.  As you stated, the only rights I believe UBI has is the ability to stream ABK games which only really works for BYOG services.
