Difficult one.
Majora's Mask is the best game here, without a doubt. But it's a remake, and frankly one that, beside the graphical improvement obviously, made the game worse. A Link Between Worlds is fun, but wasn't really that special. Luigi's Mansion 2 is favourite Luigi's Mansion game. I loved the smaller, but different 'mansions', and the game probably has the best 3D effect of any 3DS game.
I think I'll vote for Luigi's Mansion 2.
