LOL is GamePass even hitting half that number by 2027? 55 million would be a great result. What's up with these expectations? Reading too much Michael Pachter?
Now that ABK is almost under them, they're not exiting the hardware business even if Game Pass literally vanishes. Reminder that ABK alone makes about as much money annnually as the entire Playstation business.
If they do actually exist console hardware, perhaps they should sell the Xbox brand and try to buy Steam, the fastest growing PC/console platform. Regardless what they do, Microsoft will be a bigger gaming entity than Sony in most relevant metrics the moment they get ABK.
