Very true, but Gabe can decide who or which company he'll want to sell it, or if he's going to leave it to his children and under which conditions, etc.

The point is that nothing will happen without Gabe's consent, at least for the time being.

Well if Valve ever gets sold, there probably aren't that many companies I can respect that also have the money for Valve, so I am concerned about it getting sold, if it ever ends up occurring. It's not something I have to be concerned about right now, or something I can really help, but it's a chilling thought nonetheless.
