Just spent 5 hours power leveling on a level 70 planet, made it from level 35 to 44 I think. Got some good skills including 3/4 into reduced resource costs for projects and crafting, so now I can finally get into outpost creation. It was a good thing to invest into because I'm pretty sure the best method to power level to 100 involves buying a bunch of resources and crafting a certain high skill level outpost module, the cheaper the resource costs for crafting, the easier that will be when I finish the game and am power leveling to 100 for my final achievement.
