 This game is unoptimized mess. even a RTX 4060 ULTRA can't run at max settings at 60fps struggles and you need frame generation to get acceptable framerates. if  developers are gonna skip optimization and just use dsll and fs3 then this is not good for gaming.

We are well past the point of no return when it comes to developers relying on upscaling. Even Final Fantasy XVI goes down to 720p render resolution on a ps5 in performance mode and uses upscaling. If you watch Unreal Engine developers interviews and such, the engine itself is made with upscaling in mind so pretty much every UE5 game that will come out will use upscaling.
