Definitely not. Will take a few weeks to fill the position, then there is the actual translation process. Starfield has 253,000 lines in it's script, more than Bethesda's previous 4 singleplayer RPG's combined (Fallout 4, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Oblivion) which add up to 228,000 lines between all 4 games, a script that size will take months to translate.
