Nah, it's totally not. When the troll got already banned, he can't feast anymore. Worse for him, it's basically a free-for-all for all other users to call him whatever they want without getting punished. This is especially true in padib's case who is a real softie and lets things get to him easily. He's not going to laugh because he got so many responses, rather he's the type to cry.
