Correct, but how much do you think it will sell in japan first week. The ps3 will most likley be between 3-4mln by the earliest FFXIII could be released. Now if 2million/5 million ps2 owners bought the game, lets just say the most it should have in japan is about 1.3mln on an install base of 3.5 mln ps3s. Now that is only japan. Others will be alot bigger than it was on the ps2, and so will be america. Final Fantasy is a very front loaded series and usually sells 80-90% of its total sales the first few weeks. So first week sales should be I guess about 2/3rds of total sales. So 2mln world wide is far too low. If it does about 1 mln in japan, it will most likely do 1 mln in the U.S. This isn't counting others which will be at least a few 100k. That is well over 2mln first week.
