Do you remember the Earthbound advertisements in the old Gamepro magazines? Barf scented scratch and sniff. Instant classic from that alone. :)

I actually never saw those, but I did have the strategy guide with all the scrath and sniffs in the back.  My brother and I never did figure out what the mystery one was, but it was definitely gross.

 

Now I am jealous. I never got myself a strategy guide for that game. I wanted it just for the scratch and sniff section you are referring to.

That mystery scent, believe it or not was Pizza by the way.
