Ended up 1 point short of it, though Pikmin 4 will gain much more sales from non-preorders than FFXVI due to its given more casual genre.

Although I agree that Pikmin 4 will probably open more than FF16, it's not because it's a casual genre. In fact it's the opposite of casual. It's because it will be on the Switch and Switch has a better physical ratio. In terms of sales as a whole, I think it would be slightly above FF16 in Japan, and sell about the same WW.
