its no longer a story about love/sacrifice/friendship, but a story about girl empowerment, with her leading magical creatures to battle the evil step mom (a mighty witch).

meanwhile it seems like Disney is overlooking the moral of the story, for another cheap girl empowerment respin, on a classic tale.
(they have done this so much now, that its no longer a exception, but more like, its the expected thing. Like whats wrong with a classic love story?)
They also forgot their target audience is mom's/dad's and their children. Why do they pander so much to the lgbtqia+ groups and angry adults? which probably make up a very small amount of their viewers, while overlooking what made them successfull?
Dont be surprised if this is another huge flop for them, I certaintly wouldn't be.

and if they want to do a "modern" take on snow white, theres so many better ways of doing it.
It could be a girl that runs away from home, in a city. She could be asian, her last name is white? they named her snow in their native tongue ect.
The "dwarfs" could be a street gang or something, that takes her in.
The step mom doesnt need to be a litteral witch..... just evil enough, to warrent revenge, if they wanted to go that route.
Then they could race swap, however much they liked.
The problem is their redoing the german folklore version, with the dwarfs in the woods ect, magic, and "snow white".
People that see remake, are gonna be expecting the cartoon version but not drawn, and are gonna be majorly let down.
