Bug wise Oh yes. graphically I can see them tweaking a lot of effects and taking care of the cutscenes to ensure they are smoother. At Visual Concepts most of the graphics were down Pre Alpha and then they started working on extra stuff like the Crib changing that stuff around. But the meat and bones of the games stayed the same.
Stuff like reflections and stuff were added later. One of the coolest bugs(NCAA) I found was stepping out of bounds and all of a sudden my reflection rose and I fell through the floor and crashed the game. This is most likely what they will be working on. Also in MLB I found a bug in a few stadiums where you could run your player outside of the field and keep running until you were nowhere to be seen. I think you can still do that with the Replay feature in Yankees stadium but I don't know never played the retail versions.
