Why Do People View the MS Acquisition of ABK as a "Good Thing?"

I hate the whole consolidation, but since we're going that way, at this point I'd like to see some aggression from Nintendo as well. Take-Two and EA are obviously out of the question, but Koei Tecmo would be an excellent fit for Nintendo.
