Ridley Scott tends to be very hit or miss on his movies, but epic historical dramas, he does not miss!
I remember being disappointed by Kingdom of Heaven in theaters only to find out 20th Century Fox forced Scott to slim down a lot of the movie. The Director's Cut of that movie is one of my all time favorites.
I'm really looking forward to watching this!
