Actually to end this argument I'm going to compare two hardcore games on both the ps3 and the wii. The ps3 game is the second highest selling 3rd party game on the ps3. The first being MGS4. The wii game is a spinoff of a big series, but still considered hardcore.

That is the ps3 game.

That is the wii game.
The wii game is the top selling third party game on the wii, and the ps3 game is the second top selling 3rd party game on the ps3 in japan.
The reason why I didn't choose the best selling game on the ps3 was because I wanted two games that have similar ratings, and are of similar quality. Now when people buy games do you think they say oh look its a nintendo game lets buy it. I'm pretty sure most people don't know which is 3rd party and which is 1st. If a game is good I'm almost positive it would sell well on the wii. That is because nintendo hardcore games do, so the hardcore base is there, just not buying any poor quality games. As for games like No More Heroes and Okami, I'm going to say that okami wasn't popular on the ps2 so why would it be on the wii, and NO more heroes is grasshoppers best selling game by around 5-10 times that of its previoius best selling game that was released on both the gamecube and the ps2. So why don't you guys deal with the fact that japanese games have more potential to sell on the wii than the ps3 or 360.
